Vol. I, P. 372, l. 8]—‘� means the dew-lap of an ox or a cow. It occurs in Mahābhāṣya (p. 1) on I, 1. It has �galakambala� as its synonym. In Pāiya (Prakrit) it is called ṇh, in Gujarati �ǻ岹ḍ�� and in Marathi �DZī पोळी�.
