[艢补办迟颈鈥檚 effulgence causes creations and forms]
A 厂颈诲诲丑腻 who is inspired by 础尘产腻 or who shines through her, is created as 艢颈惫补 and 艢补办迟颈. Thus every form gets created by her effulgence.[1]
Cosmic Energy and worldly Energy (Cit-Acit)
The subtle 艢补办迟颈 manifests as two dimensional energy viz Cosmic and worldly.[2] Cosmic power 鈥�Cit鈥� is in 厂颈诲诲丑补辫补帽肠补办补 (dharmi). The worldly energy 鈥�Acit鈥� raises from Dharma (艣补办迟颈辫补帽肠补办补).
鈥�颁颈迟颈艣补办迟颈鈥� projects objects as 鈥�肠颈诲谤奴辫补鈥� on the mirror mat (the abode) viz 莫艣惫补谤补. That is the self illumination in 颁颈迟艣补办迟颈 of 莫艣惫补谤补, on virtual manifestation gets the form and shape identical with the projection in subtle levels. Thus she begins her action of 厂峁涐梗峁璱 (creation). This is called the 厂峁涐梗峁璱k膩l墨 [厂峁涐梗峁璱k膩l墨?] form in other tantras.
