Story of 顿腻谤耻办补
艢r墨 碍峁涐梗峁嘺鈥檚 charioteer.
In the 惭补丑腻产丑腻谤补迟补, we come across few persons who excel 顿腻谤耻办补 in their skill as charioteers. We find the following details about him in the 惭补丑腻产丑腻谤补迟补:鈥�
1) When 艢r墨 碍峁涐梗峁嘺 fought against King 艢腻濒惫补, 顿腻谤耻办补 was over-whelmed by 艢腻濒惫补鈥檚 arrows. (惭补丑腻产丑腻谤补迟补 Vana Parva, Chapter 21, Verse 5).
2) At the time of the battle at 碍耻谤耻办峁迟谤补, hearing the sound of 艢r墨 碍峁涐梗峁嘺鈥檚 conch-shell, 顿腻谤耻办补 drove his chariot and brought it before 艢r墨 碍峁涐梗峁嘺. (惭补丑腻产丑腻谤补迟补 顿谤辞峁嘺 Parva, Chapter 147, Verse 45).
3) When 厂腻迟测补办颈 fought with 碍补谤峁嘺, 顿腻谤耻办补 drove 厂腻迟测补办颈鈥檚 chariot. At that time he proved his extraordinary skill in charioteering. (惭补丑腻产丑腻谤补迟补 顿谤辞峁嘺 Parva, Chapter 147, Verse 54).
4) After being attended by 顿腻谤耻办补, 艢r墨 碍峁涐梗峁嘺鈥檚 chariot horses flew up into the Heavens. (惭补丑腻产丑腻谤补迟补 Mausala Parva, Chapter 3, Verse 5).
5) It was 顿腻谤耻办补 who informed the 笔腻峁囜笉补惫补蝉 that the 驰补诲耻惫补峁兣沘 had perished. On his return, he accompanied Arjuna in his journey to 顿惫腻谤补办腻. (惭补丑腻产丑腻谤补迟补 Mausala Parva, Chapter 5).
