नव� रत्य�-अङ्कुर� जाते हर�-भक्तस्� कस्यचित् �
विभावत्वाद�-हेतुत्वं किञ्चित् तत� काव्�-नाट्ययोः ॥२.�.९६�nave raty-aṅkure jāte hari-bhaktasya kasyacit |
屹tvādi-hetutva� kiñcit tat kāvya-nāṭyayo� ||2.5.96||
English translation
“When the enjoyer of poetic works newly develops a sprout of rati, those poetic works become somewhat of a cause for realizing 屹 and other elements [of rasa.�
