Obeisance to you, O purifier of the universe. Obeisance to you, the slayer of the chief of the Asuras. O lord, obeisance to the slayer of the Asura Bāṇa (ṇāsܰ-ṇa󲹰). The teachings in this text originate from Mañjuśrī and were taught to and by Buddha Śākyamuni in the presence of a large audience (including ʰṇa󲹰).
