: WorldCat: Rāj nighaṇṭu岹ī (अजादनी) is another name for ṣuܰ, an unidentified medicinal plant, according to verse 4.56-58 of the 13th-century Raj Nighantu or Rājanighaṇṭu. The fourth chapter (ś徱-) of this book enumerates eighty varieties of small plants (ṛt-ṣu貹). Together with the names 岹ī and ṣuܰ, there are a total of twelve Sanskrit synonyms identified for this plant.
