This page relates 鈥楶aniniya-sutrodaharana-kavya鈥� of the study on the Vasudevavijaya of Vasudeva from the 11th century A.D. The Vasudevavijayam is an educational poem belonging to the Shastra-Kavya category of technical Sanskrit literature. The Vasudevavijayam depicts in 657 verses the story of Lord Krishna while also elucidates the grammatical rules of the Ashtadhyayi of Panini (teaching the science of grammar). The subject-content of the poem was taken from the tenth Skandha of the Bhagavatapurana.

笔腻峁噄苍墨测补s奴trod膩hara峁嘺办腻惫测补 with its commentary is another poem of this type and the name of the work is given as according to its content. The theme of the poem is the story of 碍峁涐梗峁嘺. It illustrates Paniniyan rules in its order as seen in 础谤箩耻苍补谤腻惫补峁嚹珁补. Its author and date is unknown. Some scholars believed that it was composed by a member of 碍奴峁璦濒濒奴谤 family.
The text is not available in printed form. A paper manuscript[1] got from Madras manuscript library itself lacks its beginning and end.
The available portion is from the second canto of the second chapter and the preface of this canto is as follows:-

艣奴r膩tmajo'tha sumahattarabh膩峁abh奴m膩 chadm膩ttab膩lavapu峁峁� parig峁沨ya devam |
s奴tyalayo jigami峁岣� pratinandageha峁� y膩vadbabh奴va nigalo vyagalatpad膩bhy膩m ||[3]
The verse illustrates the 蝉奴迟谤补蝉 蝉补尘补谤迟丑补岣� 辫补诲补惫颈诲丑颈岣� (2.1.1), 辫谤腻办办补岣嵞乺腻迟蝉补尘腻蝉补岣� (2.1.3), saha 蝉耻辫腻 (2.1.4), 补惫测补测墨产丑腻惫补岣� (2.1.5)etc. Obviously this might have been an asset to Sanskrit grammar, if it is available in complete form.
