I will explain the practice without elaboration according to the tradition of the Great Yoga Tantra, the Glorious Esoteric Community. Listen with one-pointed attention! Note: Sa峁僺k峁泃ya can also mean 鈥渉aving constructed鈥�: Tibetan reads mngon par sbyangs (abhi蝉补峁僺办峁泃测补), which is tronger in its connotations of ritual consecration.
