ṻԲ (लुठनास�) is the name of an Բ (posture) described in the Haṭhābhyāsapaddhati (22).—Accordingly, “Lie down on the back. Pass the feet over the head and put them on the ground. Lie face down. Roll on to the side and then repeat the process over and over again. This is the rolling pose (luṭhanԲ)�.

The Haṭhābhyāsapaddhati is an 17th-century text in Sanskrit dealing with ṻ-Dz, and is also known by the name of its author, Kapālakuruṇṭaka. The text describes 112 Բs (e.g., luṭhana-Բ) usually based on animal movement.
