2.1. Upper Garments (k): Dr膩pi (embroidered garment)
Dr膩pi was an embroidered garment. Usually men and women having social status wore it. In Atharvaveda[1], we meet with a courtesan clothed in Dr膩pi. We read of 痴补谤耻峁嘺[2] and 笔补惫补尘腻苍补[3] sitting in the court attired in Dr膩pi in 峁欢惫别诲补.
