This page relates 鈥楾rishaktis and Trisiddhis鈥� of the study on the Nitiprakasika by Vaisampayana which deals primarily with with Dhanurveda, i.e., the science of war, weapons and military strategies of ancient Indian society. It further contains details on Niti-shastra, i.e., the science of politics and state administration but most verses of the Nitiprakashika deal with the classification and description of different varieties of weapons, based on the four groups of Mukta, Amukta, Muktamukta and Mantramukta.
Tri艣补办迟颈蝉 and Trisiddhis
The three 艣补办迟颈蝉 or strength of a country are enumerated as鈥�辫谤补产丑耻艣补办迟颈 (power, control), 尘补苍迟谤补艣补办迟颈 (counsel) and 耻迟蝉腻丑补艣补办迟颈 (energy) (狈墨迟颈辫谤补办腻艣颈办腻 VIII. 86cd):

Neither the text nor the commentary give any more information on the three 艣补办迟颈蝉.
狈墨迟颈辫谤补办腻艣颈办腻 (VIII. 87ab) adds that the achievements fructified by the three 艣补办迟颈蝉 are to be known as siddhis which are of three types with many sub-varieties:
