A King born in the dynasty of 滨办峁�v腻办耻. (贬补谤颈惫补峁兣沘, Chapter 36).

Five sons, who were equal to gods, named Sahasrada, Payoda, Kro峁ａ弓膩, 狈墨濒补 and 膧jika were born to Yadu of the family of 滨办峁�v腻办耻. Several noble persons were born in the family of Kro峁ａ弓膩. A noble and broadminded son named V峁沯in墨v膩n was born to Kro峁ａ弓膩. 艢惫腻丑颈 was born to V峁沯in墨v膩n, 搁耻艣别办耻 to 艢惫腻丑颈, Citraratha to 搁耻艣别办耻 and 艢补艣补产颈苍诲耻 to Citraratha. Thousand sons were born to 艢补艣补产颈苍诲耻 who was an emperor. Important among those thousand who were blessed with radiance, fame, wealth and beauty, were 笔峁泃丑耻艣谤补惫补蝉, 笔峁泃丑耻测补艣补蝉, P峁泃hutejas, P峁泃hubhava, 笔峁泃丑耻办墨谤迟颈 and P峁泃humati. 鲍艣补苍补蝉 was the son of 笔峁泃丑耻艣谤补惫补蝉, 艢ineyu was the son of 鲍艣补苍补蝉 and Rukmakavaca the son of 艢ineyu. Rukmakavaca killed all the archers and conquered the countries and performing 补艣惫补尘别诲丑补 (horse sacrifice) gave away all the countries he conquered, as gift to 叠谤腻丑尘补峁嘺蝉. Five sons were born to Rukmakavaca. 闯测腻尘补驳丑补 was one of them. His brothers were 搁耻办尘别峁�u, 笔峁泃丑耻谤耻办尘补, Parigha and Hari. Of them Parigha and Hari were made Kings of foreign countries. 搁耻办尘别峁�u was given the country ruled by his father. 笔峁泃丑耻谤耻办尘补 served 搁耻办尘别峁�u. They drove 闯测腻尘补驳丑补 away from the country.

闯测腻尘补驳丑补 went to the forest and erected a hermitage for him. Then according to the advice of a Brahmin, he who was an old man took bow and arrow and got into a chariot flying a flag and went to the bank of the river 狈补谤尘补诲腻. He had neither wealth nor attendants. He stayed on the mountain 峁歬峁�a惫腻苍 eating fruits and roots. His wife 艢补颈产测腻 also had become old. They had no children. Still 闯测腻尘补驳丑补 did not marry anybody else. Once 闯测腻尘补驳丑补 came out victorious in a fight in which he got a girl. 闯测腻尘补驳丑补 took the girl to his wife and told her, "This girl shall be the wife of your son." She asked him how that could be when she had no son. He said, "She will become the wife of the son who is going to be born to you." As a result of severe penance a son named Vidarbha was born to 艢补颈产测腻. The damsel who became the wife of Vidarbha gave birth to two sons named Kratha and 碍补颈艣颈办补. (Padma Pur膩峁嘺, Chapter 13).
