nimitt膩nuvidh膩yitv膩dasiddhi峁� li峁単asa峁僰hyayo岣� || 200 ||200. Others think (that 艣腻蝉迟谤补 is useful even when the collected constitute the main meaning as otherwise) their gender and number would not prevail because the word would follow the nimitta (the collection).
Commentary
Some think that even when the collected objects constitute the main meaning, the 艣腻蝉迟谤补 lays down the law.

[The nimitta, that is, the collection overpowers and hides the collected whose gender and number do not, therefore, prevail. So the 艣腻蝉迟谤补 says that they should be followed.]
It is now slated that this is not the right view.
