This is Mantra 1 of the Isopanisad (Isha Upanishad), the English translation and commentary of Madhva (Madhvacharya) called the Bhasya. The Isopanisad (Or Ishavasyopanishad) deals with topics such as Vidya, Advidya, Karma, Atman and other important concepts found in both the Advaita and Dvaita branches of the Vedanta school of Hindu philsophy.

अन्यदेवाहुर्विद्ययान्यदाहुरविद्यया �
इत� शुश्रु� धीराणा� ये नस्तद्विचचक्षिरे � १० �ԲⲹܰⲹԲⲹܰⲹ |
iti śuśruma dhīrāṇāṃ ye nastadṣi || 10 ||anyat—different, one thing; devaloka—partial liberation; The means of liberation is different—is something else than mere ; eva—even, truly, verily, indeed; �—they say; The 貹Ծṣa declare. ⲹdz , from knowledge devoid of practice; anyat—one thing, different, is the means of liberation, partial; �—they say; aⲹdz a or practice without knowledge; iti—tܲ; śūśܳ�—we have heard; īṇāmdz the wise, of the steadfast sages; ye—w; Բ�—u; tat—t; ṣi—explained, taught.
10. One thing they say is verily obtained from , another thing they say from a: thus have we heard from the wise who explained that to us.
