Sanskrit text, Unicode transliteration, Word-for-word and English translation of verse 1.3.67:

करोत वसति नित्यं या रम्य तस्य वक्षसि
पतिव्रतोत्तमाशेषावतारेष्व् अनुयात्य अमुम  ६७

karoti vasati nitya yā ramye tasya vakṣasi |
pativratottamāśeṣāvatāreṣv anuyāty amum || 67 ||

Śī Ѳṣmī always resides on the charming chest of Śī 󲹲. Being superior to all chaste wives, she attends Śī 󲹲 in His innumerable as His beloved consort.

Commentary: Dig-darśinī-ṭīkā with Bhāvānuvāda

(By Śīla Sanātana Gosvāmī himself including a deep purport of that commentary)

In such a way, if the presiding goddesses of divine extensions (ṃśa-ū ūī) of Śī ṣmī are fickle and restless, then does not this ṃś Ѳṣmī similarly possess the fault of fickleness? Removing this sort of doubt, she (Śī ī) is speaking about her topmost glories beginning with the verse karoti.

Śī Ѳṣmī always resides on the enchanting chest of Śī ⲹṇa. Here, by the word ramye (charming), the happiness of residing on His chest points out the fullness of such supernatural beauty and qualities. Again, Śī Ѳṣmī, despite residing on the chest of Śī Hari, follows His unlimited incarnations. As Śī Hari performs those pastimes, she attends to the desire of our Lord for expanding on those pastimes. Thus she is the best amongst chaste consorts.

Śī վṣṇ ʳܰṇa (1.9.140, 143) says in this connection:

एव यथ जगत्-स्वामी दे-देवो जनार्दनः
अवतारं करोत्य एष तथ श्रीस् तत-सहायिनी
देवत्व दे-देहेयं मनुष्यत्वे  मानुषी
विष्णोर् देहानुरूपा वै करोत्य एषात्मनस तनूम

eva yathā jagat-svāmī deva-devo janārdana
 karoty eṣa tathā śrīs tat-sahāyinī
devatve deva-deheya manuṣyatve ca mānuṣ
viṣṇor dehānurūpā vai karoty eṣātmanas tanūm

“Just as the Lord of lords and master of creation, Śī Janārdana, descends as an , so does Śī ṣmī, who assumes an appropriate form as His attendant consort. When Śī վṣṇ performs a pastime as a demigod, she becomes a demigoddess, and when Śī 󲹲 performs His Բ-ī pastimes like a human being, she incarnates herself in a human form. In this way, wherever and whenever Śī վṣṇ performs His pastimes, His beloved Śī ṣmī also accepts a transcendental form suitable for Him to assist in those pastimes.
