When 叠腻峁嚹乻耻谤补, puffed up with pride by his many powerful arms, started troubling the 蝉腻诲丑耻蝉 and captured 艢谤墨 Aniruddha in his illusory trap, then 叠丑补驳补惫腻苍 艢谤墨 碍峁涐梗峁嘺 fought with him and in that battle, 叠腻峁嚹乻耻谤补 nearly lost his life.

You had nurtured 叠腻峁嚹乻耻谤补 like a son, before he was your devotee. Therefore, at that time, you glorified 艢谤墨 碍峁涐梗峁嘺 to protect his life. Pleased by your glorification, 艢谤墨 碍峁涐梗峁嘺 abandoned His anger at once and granted that devotee 蝉腻谤奴辫测补, a similar liberated form, that is, He made him an eternal associate with a destination rare even for the demigods.

There are many examples that 艢谤墨 碍峁涐梗峁嘺 does not accept any of your apparent offenses. This is explanatory in the three verses beginning with sva-产腻丑耻 (his arms). Only for the aim of rescuing 叠腻峁嚹乻耻谤补鈥檚 life, you offered prayers to 艢谤墨 Hari. Nonetheless, 艢谤墨 Hari, being pleased with your prayers, offered that archenemy of the saints (蝉腻诲丑耻-诲谤辞丑墨), 叠腻峁嚹乻耻谤补, a position as your eternal associate (辫腻谤峁�a诲补). 颁补办谤颈峁嚹� means, 鈥溑毎��� Hari who is eager to fight with the Sudar艣ana cakra in hand.鈥�

In other words, 叠腻峁嚹乻耻谤补 would behave maliciously toward the 蝉腻诲丑耻蝉, thus ensnaring and ending his own life in that war. Only to spare the life of 叠腻峁嚹乻耻谤补, who was your devotee, nurtured like your own sibling, you praised 艢谤墨 Hari. Pacified by your glorification, 艢谤墨 Hari abandoned His anger and granted him 蝉腻谤奴辫测补, namely, a fourarmed form as your eternal associate.
