啶曕ぎ啷嵿お啶ㄠぞ啶む
办补尘辫补苍腻迟
办补尘辫补苍腻迟 鈥� because of trembling.
鈥淏ecause [the entire world] trembles [the vajra must be the Supreme Personality of Godhead].鈥� (39)

Baladeva Vidy膩bh奴峁峁嘺鈥檚 commentary (Govinda-bh膩峁a)
Because it makes the entire universe tremble, this vajra must be the Supreme Personality of Godhead and not an ordinary thunderbolt.
This is so also because of the following statement of Brahma-vaivarta 笔耻谤腻峁嘺:
啶氞啷嵿ぐ啶� 啶氞啷嵿啷嵿ぐ啶ぃ啶距う啷� 啶忇し
啶掂啶ㄠぞ啶︵ 啶掂啷嵿ぐ啶 啶夃啷嵿く啶む
啶栢ぃ啷嵿ぁ啶ㄠぞ啶む 啶栢ぁ啷嵿 啶忇さ啷堗し
啶灌啶むた-啶ㄠぞ啶ぞ 啶灌ぐ啶苦 啶膏啶掂く啶cakra峁� ca峁卥rama峁嚹乨 e峁
vajan膩d vajram ucyate
kha峁囜笉an膩t kha岣峠a evai峁
heti-n膩m膩 hari岣� svayam鈥淏ecause He goes [肠补峁卥谤补尘补峁嘺] everywhere He is called 鈥�Cakra鈥� [moving in a circle]. Because He moves about [vajana] He is called 鈥淰ajra鈥� [thunderbolt]. Because He cuts apart [办丑补峁囜笉补苍补] the demons He is called 鈥�碍丑补岣峠补鈥� [sword]. These are names of Lord Hari.鈥�
Also, because the word 辫谤腻峁嘺 [breath] and the word bhaya [fear] are used, the passage must refer to the Supreme Personality of Godhead. In these ways it is established that the word vajra here refers to the Supreme Personality of Godhead.
