վԲⲹī (विनयवल्ली) is the name of a work ascribed to ṣeԻ (11th century): one among the Kashmiri scholars who glorified the legacy of rhetorics with a new interpretation of the soul of poetry (aucitya). A total number of 38 works (viz., Vinaya-vallī) have been recorded in the “New Catalogus Catalogorum�, which are composed by ṣeԻ. He is not only a poetician but also a scholar of high repute.
