: The University of Sydney: A study of the Twelve Reflections笔补谤补尘腻峁嘘蝉补尘奴丑补 (啶ぐ啶ぞ啶｀啶膏ぎ啷傕す) refers to a 鈥渕ass of atoms鈥�, according to the 11th century J帽膩n膩r峁嘺va, a treatise on Jain Yoga in roughly 2200 Sanskrit verses composed by 艢ubhacandra.鈥擜ccordingly, 鈥淭his corporeal body is produced from a mass of atoms [com.鈥�辫补谤补尘腻峁嘘蝉补尘奴丑补-箩腻迟补鈥斺�榩roduced from a mass of atoms鈥橾 . An embodied soul has the nature of enjoyment, is beyond the senses [and] consists of knowing. Why do the stupid, afflicted by the planet of [their] birth, not perceive the difference [between the body and the self] which is recognised everywhere in the occurrence of birth and death鈥�.
