: archive.org: Trisastisalakapurusacaritra惭耻峁峁囜笉丑墨 (啶啶粪ぃ啷嵿あ啷�) refers to a 鈥渞ound club of wood鈥�, studded with iron nails, according to Hemacandra鈥檚 艢e峁n膩mam膩l膩 151 (1693 in ed. in Bibl.), quoted in com, to Abhidh膩nacint膩ma峁噄 (Bhav.) 3. 451. The spelling there used is 尘耻峁峁囜笉丑墨, one of the numerous variations which include 产丑耻峁峁囜笉丑墨 and its variants. Its meaning is also variously interpreted (see Tri峁峁ａ弓i艣al膩k膩puru峁caritra II, n. 128) , but Hemacandra鈥檚 definition should apply to his own use. My former loaning toward 鈥榝irearm鈥� must be revised.
