: WorldCat: Rāj nighaṇṭu貹ṇ� (भद्रपर्णी) is another name for ʰṇ�, a medicinal plant possibly identified with Paederia foetida Linn. or “skunkvine� from the Rubiaceae or “coffee� family of flowering plants, according to verse 5.36-38 of the 13th-century Raj Nighantu or Rājanighaṇṭu. The fifth chapter (貹貹ṭād-) of this book enumerates sixty varieties of smaller plants (ṣu-ṣu貹). Together with the names 貹ṇ� and ʰṇ�, there are a total of fifteen Sanskrit synonyms identified for this plant.
