󾱻󲹰辱ṭa첹 (अभिधर्मपिट�) refers to the “the Basket of the Abhidharma�, according to Mahāprajñāpāramitāśāstra (chapter 3).—Accordingly, “[...] At that time, the Buddha said to the Bhikṣus: ‘Those in whom the five fears (bhaya), the five sins (貹ٳپ) and the five hatreds (vaira) have not been suppressed and extinguished experience innumerable evils in this life in their bodies and their minds for this reason and, in subsequent lives, they fall into the bad destinies (ܰī). Those who do not have the five fears, the five sins and the five hatreds, for this reason are, in this life, happy in every way in body and mind and, in subsequent existences, they are reborn in the heavens (svarga) or in a pleasant abode (ܰ󲹱). What are the five fears that must be discarded? 1. Murder (ṇātٲ), 2. theft (岹ٳԲ), 3. illicit sexual relationships (峾ٳ峦), 4. falsehood (ṛṣ屹岹), 5. alcoholic drinks (ⲹԲ)�. All of this is called the Basket of the Abhidharma (󾱻󲹰辱ṭa첹)�.

(-첹�) ‘The basket of the revealed truth�: the name of one of the three collections which comprise the sacred books of the Buddhists; (for the two others see sūtra辱ṭa첹 and vinaya辱ṭa첹); the instructions contained in it were addressed by the Buddha to the Devas and Brahmas of the celestial worlds (while those in the Sūtra辱ṭa첹 were addressed to the laity and those in the Vinayap. to the priests); its redaction however is not ascribed to Sākya Muni, but to his principal disciple śⲹ貹, the chief of the first Buddhistic synod. It contains seven sections, the text with 96, 250 stanzas, the commentaries with 30,000, consisting, therefore, in the whole of 126,250 stanzas; its best representative is the work called ʰ; (comp. Spence Hardy's East. Mon. p. 170 with the quot. given there, and those s. v. abhidharma). E. abhidharma and 辱ṭa첹.
