7. Arthavimarsini by Vaikkathu Pachu Muttat
The Arthavimarsini[1] is a commentary written by Vaikkatu Pachu Muttat [Vaikkath Pachu Moothathu] on Narayana Bhattatiris Rajasuyaprabhandha. In the beginning of the commentary the author discloses that he wrote at the instance of Ayilyam Tirunal Rama Varma, in the reign of Utrram Tirunal Martanda Varma.
ṇḍ ñīś岵Աⲹ�
sarvaprajānāmapi bhāgadheya�
saddharmavarmaprati pratiguptadeha�
śrī rāmavarmanṛpatirvibhāti ||
sudharmāyāmindrasadasi viduṣāṃ bhojannṛpati�
dvijaśreṇīmadhye punaramṛtaguha� kalpataru�
surodyāne lokairiha yadavaloke sati samam |
pradarśyante so'ya� jagati suguṇāśleṣannṛpati� ||
In these verses poet qualify the king.
