骋峁沨测补蝉奴迟谤补蝉 are sacred Hindu religious texts which consist of information regarding Vedic domestic rites and rituals meant for householder. These rites can be performed by the householder himself or any of his representatives, viz. his wife, son, student or a 叠谤腻丑尘补峁嘺 priest. The procedure of 骋峁沨测补 rituals is simpler than the 艢谤补耻迟补 rites. Some rituals are described not only in the 艢谤补耻迟补s奴tras but in the 骋峁沨测补蝉奴迟谤补蝉 also. The 艢奴lagava sacrifice belongs to 艢谤补耻迟补 ritual as well as 骋峁沨测补 ritual.
Rudra occupies a prominent position in the 骋峁沨测补 rites. Rudra鈥檚 close connection with the 骋峁沨测补 rites has been found in numerous contexts.
