2. Works on K膩ma艣膩stra (h): 笔补耻谤奴谤补惫补蝉补尘补苍补蝉颈箩补蝉奴迟谤补
笔补耻谤奴谤补惫补蝉补尘补苍补蝉颈箩补蝉奴迟谤补 is a small work containing only 53 蝉奴迟谤补蝉. It has been published with a Sanskrit commentary of Jayak峁涐梗峁嘺d墨k峁ta. In the introductory remarks, the editor of the book tries to establish that the work is very earliest and is composed before 痴腻迟蝉测腻测补苍补 by the mythological personality 笔耻谤奴谤补惫补[1]. But, the language of this work appears to be recent and it is clear that the authorship was forcibly attributed to 笔耻谤奴谤补惫补s and the real author is unknown.
The work 笔补耻谤奴谤补惫补蝉补尘补苍补蝉颈箩补蝉奴迟谤补 starts with the 蝉奴迟谤补:
鈥�ath膩ta岣� paur奴ravasa峁� manasija蝉奴迟谤补峁� vy膩khy膩sy膩ma岣�鈥�.
Here, the methodology of ancient philosophical texts has been followed to make the feeling that the work is much earlier. The work mainly discusses the attainment of ultimate pleasure through sexuality. Four kinds of pleasure are described viz; 叠谤补丑尘腻苍补苍诲补, Indr膩nanda, Av膩峁単m膩nasagocar膩nanda and Cit膩bh膩s膩nanda. Then there are discussions regarding the places suitable for doing sexual intercourse, wish of men in intercourse, methods for making sexual satisfication in women, importance of lip-kiss, scratching and biting, erection of penis, attainment of topmost happiness etc.
The language and style of this work resembles the ved膩ntic philosophy and the commentary attached with this text written by jayak峁涐梗峁嘺d墨k峁ta also has a stress on 痴别诲腻苍迟补.
