Treatment of Raktapitta and Raktavamana
Atharvaveda talks about Raktapitta and Raktavamana. This disease causes vomiting of blood. It is stated in Atharvaveda that this disease can be negated by Udumvara and ղṭa[1]. Yajurveda says that Ś tree can cure Raktapitta and Raktavamana[2].
