Treatment of Vilohita (Polypus)
The Atharvaveda discusses the treatment of Vilohita or Polypus[1]. Nakasīra means nasal blood-bile. Naksī is treated with sun rays. Or if you take the rays of the rising sun every day, this disease will end[2]. In the Ṛgveda, Pākadūrvā and the Atharvaveda, the treatment of Naksī by Śāṇḍadūrvā is mentioned.
