The Vaisheshika-sutra 1.2.13, English translation, including commentaries such as the Upaskara of Shankara Mishra, the Vivriti of Jayanarayana-Tarkapanchanana and the Bhashya of Chandrakanta. The meaning is that in the very same way as Existence. Attribute-ness is explained to be distinct from Substance. Attribute, and Action, from its existence in (i.e., combination with) Attributes only.鈥�13.
