सध्रीची� सिन्धुमुशतीरिवायन्त्सनाज्जा� आरित� पूर्भिदासाम् � अस्तमा ते पार्थिवा वसून्यस्मे जग्मुः सूनृता इन्द्र पूर्वी� �

English translation:
“They hasten associated together to the ocean, like loving wives (to a husband); (Indra), the witherer offoes, the demolisher of cities, is their impeller of old; may our oblations, the treasures of earth, and our copiouspraises, proceed, Indra, to your dwelling.�
