samudre ī-徱Ծ

Բٲ�Anarta; name; a king; ū�was; ūⲹ-ṃs�in the sun-god's dynasty; -nible-hearted; ⲹ-峾�by whose name; Բٲ-ś�the country of Anarta; is; ܻ�in the ocean; ī-徱Ծfilled with terrible sounds.

English translation of verse 6.3.3:

A noble-hearted king named Ānarta was born in the ūⲹ dynasty. The country of Ānarta-ś, which was created where there once was only the ocean filled with terrible sounds, was named after him.
