ղñپ (व्याख्याप्रज्ञप्ति) or “Exposition of Explanations�, commonly known as the Bhagavatīsūtra, is the fifth of the 12 Jain said to be promulgated by Mahāvīra. The ղñپ is said to have been composed by Sudharmaswami by the Śvetāmbara school of Jainism; it is written in Jain Prakrit. The ղñپ is divided into 41 sections known as shatakas. It follows question and answer pattern. The questions are raised by Gautama, Makandiputra, Roha, Agnibhuti and Vayubhuti, Skandaka, Jayanti and others.

ղñپ (व्याख्याप्रज्ञप्ति) refers to the fifth of the eleven Aṅga-sūtras within Jainism. The Vyākhyā-prajñapti or Bhagavatīsūtra is a treatise with eight hundred and sixty–seven aphorisms in forty–one chapters and with many sub–chapters in each, it contains the explanations and analyses of various things, concepts and precepts as given by Lord Mahāvīra to Gaṇadhara Gautama. The explanations given in this treatise are in the form of questions and answers.
