: ORA: Amanaska (king of all yogas): A Critical Edition and Annotated Translation by Jason Birch弄谤耻蝉补峁僺迟丑补 (啶娻ぐ啷佮じ啶傕じ啷嵿ぅ) refers to 鈥渉aving placed (the feet and hands) between the thighs鈥�, according to the Datt膩treyayoga艣膩stra verse 35-38ab.鈥擜ccordingly, while describing the lotus pose (辫补诲尘腻蝉补苍补): 鈥淗aving carefully placed the upturned feet on the thighs and the upturned hands in between the thighs (奴谤耻蝉补峁僺迟丑补), [the Yogin] should fix the eyes on the tip of the nose. Having lifted the uvula with the tongue; having fixed the chin on the chest and having drawn in the breath slowly according to his capacity, he should fill [the region of] the stomach. After that, he should exhale the breath slowly according to his capacity. This is said to be 辫补诲尘腻蝉补苍补, which destroys all diseases鈥�.
