The Upaveda knowledge texts are between 貹ܰūṣeⲹ and 貹ܰūṣeⲹ as they all deal with applied knowledge. The disciplines of پ岹 (science of history), dhanurveda (science of warfare), gandharvaveda (music) and Ayurveda (medicine) fall under this category. Teaching was teacher centred and text centred and the process of teaching depended on the exposition of the knowledge by a learned teacher.
