Again, he should emanate the one who has the appearance of the Causal Vajra[-holder]. The goddess, [who is] effective in all rituals and beast-faced (tiryamukha), is brought near. Having drawn together the multitude of furious ones beforehand, he should remove obstacle demons. [...]鈥�.
