Source: Wisdom Library: N膩峁瓂a-艣膩stra碍耻尘腻谤腻诲丑颈办峁泃补 (啶曕啶ぞ啶班ぞ啶оた啶曕啶�) refers to 鈥渨ardens of princes鈥� and represents a classification of persons who 鈥渕ove about in public鈥�, according to the N膩峁瓂a艣膩stra chapter 34. Accordingly, 鈥淭hose who are alert, careful, always active (lit. free from indolence), inured to hard work, affectionate, forbearing, disciplined, impartial, skillful, well-versed in polity and in discipline, and who are masters of reasoning positive and negative, have knowledge of all the 艢膩stras and are not vitiated by passion and such other things, and who are hereditary servants of the king, and are attached to him, should be made wardens of princes (办耻尘腻谤补-补诲丑颈办峁泃补), because of their possessing these various qualities鈥�.
Note: 碍耻尘腻谤腻诲丑颈办峁泃补 probably is identical with the Kum膩r膩dhyak峁 of Artha艣膩stra.
