: Shodhganga: The significance of the m奴la-beras (艣颈濒辫补)Dhvajasthambha (啶о啶掂啶膏啶ムぎ啷嵿き, 鈥渇lat staff鈥�) refers to one of the several 鈥渁ttributes鈥� (腻测耻诲丑补) or 鈥渁ccessories鈥� of a detiy commonly seen depicted in Hindu iconography, defined according to texts dealing with 艣颈濒辫补 (arts and crafs), known as 艣颈濒辫补艣膩stras.鈥擳丑别 艣颈濒辫补 texts have classified the various accessories under the broad heading of 腻测耻诲丑补 or karuvi (implement), including even flowers, animals, and musical instruments. The other miscellaneous articles found as attributes in the hands of the deities are, for example, Dhvajasthambha.
