Residing in the Wheel [i.e., ٳ] you bear a form according to the distinction between gross and subtle. Residing in the middle of the Wheel of the Command, (you) burn with radiant rays (of energy). Inflammed, (you) possess garlands of flames and, of the nature of Sound, (you are) without fault. Seated within the movement of Haṃsa (the vital breath), (you) possess manifest energies (while) residing in the unmanifest. [...]�.
