Source: Wisdom Library: KathÄsaritsÄgara´¡²Ô²¹²Ô³Ù²¹±¹²¹³ÙÄ« (अननà¥à¤¤à¤µà¤¤à¥€) is the wife of king Kanakavará¹£a from Kuṇá¸ina (a city situated in Vidarbha), according to the KathÄsaritsÄgara, chapter 55. Accordingly, as the painter Roladeva said to king Kanakavará¹£a: â€�... and he [Kanakavará¹£a] has a queen named ´¡²Ô²¹²Ô³Ù²¹±¹²¹³ÙÄ«, dearer to him than life, and by her there was born to him a daughter named MadanasundarÄ«â€�.
The KathÄsaritsÄgara (‘ocean of streams of storyâ€�), mentioning ´¡²Ô²¹²Ô³Ù²¹±¹²¹³ÙÄ«, is a famous Sanskrit epic story revolving around prince NaravÄhanadatta and his quest to become the emperor of the ±¹¾±»å²âÄå»å³ó²¹°ù²¹²õ (celestial beings).
