[Commentary (276.6-294.5):]

The second branch (of the ṇḍ of contemplation, see p. 688) concerns the ṇḍ-array of the seals or hand-emblems of buddha-body. It has two parts—an abbreviated teaching on the emanation of this ṇḍ and a detailed exegesis of its nature.

[The former (276.6-277.2, comments on Ch. 8.1):]

Once the ṇḍ of the secret mantras had been revealed, then all the ղٳ岵ٲ (de-nas de-bzhin gshegs-pa thams-cad-kyis) uttered this meaningful expression which is said to consecrate (byin-gyis rlob-pa zhes-bya-ba 'di cned-du brjod-do) naturally and spontaneously (lhun-gyis grub-par) all (thams-cad) the limbs (yan-lag), head, and other organs of the body as the ṇḍ (dkyil-'khor-du) of deities.

The latter has three parts, namely: a general teaching on the ṇḍ of seals which forms the spontaneous ground; a detailed exegesis of the ṇḍ of seals through which the path is actually attained; and a synopsis of the ṇḍ of seals according to the resultant supreme pristine cognition.
