COW. Gift of idols of gods and other articles that are
specifically prescribed for a particular occasion are
also considered important, alongwith the gift of articles
of enjoyment (bhogyavastuni) and the gift of robes including
the hides of a black-antelope (13-17).
SLP goes forth to add that by munificently giving
away such gifts, the king is assured of all conceivable
benefits like freedom from sins, acquirement of various
