21. Ten incarnations of Ś
In the Ś Purāṇa, mention is made of ten incarnations of Ś. The first incarnation of Ś is Ѳ, second is , third , fourth Śrīvidyeśa-ṣoḍaś, fifth incarnation is famous as Bhairava, sixth is Chinnamastaka, seventh ٳū, eight Bagalāmukha, ninth is ٲṅg and the tenth incarnation of Ś is Kamala. These incarnations of Ś bestow worldly pleasure and all desires.[1]
