碍腻濒颈 is eternal throughout the three stages of 厂峁涐梗峁璱, Sthiti and Pralaya as 笔补谤腻vac. The different manifestations occurring due to three 笔补艣测补苍迟墨, 惭补诲丑测补尘腻 and 痴补颈办丑补谤墨 forms are brought about by her Svatantraya 艢补办迟颈 called 痴颈尘补谤艣补[1]. 笔补谤腻艣akti retains her Oneness and at the same time like the sheen of lightning, enlightens the entire universe through her aspect as 碍谤颈测腻艣补办迟颈 which is caused by the Prathamaspanda-痴颈尘补谤艣补 艢补办迟颈 in the form of garland of waves.
