Comparative analysis of commentaries and excerpts in English:

[Śپ and Kula-Dharma]

is the power, having as her seat well developed or illumined in any one similar group of three or five (knower, known and knowledge; creation, protection, destruction, non-appearance and appearance) emanating from Ś who has no Kula or seat in any of the groups. Again she retires or merges in Ś only. This is her the power of birth and death revealed as ṃs. If Īś gives Kula-Dharma to Śپ, there is creation, if Śپ surrenders Kula Dharma to Īś, there is Pralaya, destruction or deluge.[1]

The destination of the power groups of Ś and Śپ

Śپ offers Ś the Projection of the entire manifestation through these five Śپs beginning with 峾ś by her five functions[2]:

  1. ʰṇa,
  2. վ貹ⲹ,
  3. Vikalpa,
  4. and
  5. ṛt.

This projection alone is her effort. In the state of or Sleep, by meditation or by her interest to unite with Ś in the Akula state, she reverts from the act of creation. There is another interpretation with regard to the five functions.[3]
