Commentary
[The power called Future docs not stand in the way of the power called Present which is associated with the birth of objects. What is called Future is something which in time, will become present. But the power called Past does stand in the way of the power called Present. What is past is past. It docs not become present whereas it is what was future which, in time, becomes present. ]
