English translation:

鈥淗e causes the waters to flow in a torrent through the sky, and with those pure waves he inundates the earth; he gathers all (articles of) food in the stomach, and for that purpose sojourns in the new-sprung parents (of the gain).鈥�

Commentary by S膩ya峁嘺: 峁歡veda-bh膩峁a

Navasu prasu峁 = in the new parents, or mothers; i.e. in the 辞峁诲丑颈蝉, the annual crops whichripen after the rains and bear food, being impregnated by the terrestrial Agni
