鈥�Public road鈥欌赌攖he road in the village or town.
鈥�Filth鈥欌赌攗rine or excreta.
鈥�Throws鈥欌赌攇ets carried and deposited by a 鈥�颁腻峁囜笉补濒补.鈥�
鈥�Except in dire necessity鈥欌赌�i.e., when he cannot check the force of his evacuation.
He shall have the filth removed either by a hired 颁腻峁囜笉腻濒补, or clean it himself.鈥�(282)
