This verse is quoted in 惭颈迟腻办峁谤腻 (on 2.127) to the same effect as the last two verses;鈥攊n 惭补诲补苍补辫腻谤颈箩腻迟补 (p. 198) to the effect that a woman devoted to her husband need not follow him in death;鈥斺��厂腻诲丑惫墨鈥� means 鈥�辫补迟颈惫谤补迟腻,鈥� 鈥榦ne devoted to her husband鈥�; if it meant simply 鈥榗haste鈥�, then the phrase 鈥�brahmacarye vyavasthit膩鈥� would be a needless repetition;鈥攊n 痴补谤峁办谤颈测腻办补耻尘耻诲墨 (p. 577);鈥攁nd in 狈峁泂颈峁僪补辫谤补蝉腻诲补 (Sa峁僺k膩ra, p. 67b and Vyavah膩ra, p. 38a).
