Medh膩tithi鈥檚 commentary (尘补苍耻产丑腻峁补):
鈥�Unguent-powder,鈥欌�攕uch powder, etc., as are used for removing dirt from the body.
鈥�Used water鈥欌�攚ater that has been used for bathing, etc.
鈥�Spittings.鈥欌�擡ven apart from the mucus, in which form spittings are generally thrown out; such things, for instance, as the betel-leaf and other things, of which the juices have been eaten up and the tasteless substance is thrown out.
鈥�Standing upon鈥� means stepping upon.
鈥�Intentionally.鈥欌�擳here is no harm if it is done unintentionally.鈥�(132)

鈥�础辫补蝉苍腻苍补尘鈥欌�斺�榃ater that has been used already鈥� (Medh膩tithi);鈥斺�榳ater used for washing a corpse鈥� (N膩r膩ya峁嘺 and Nandana).
This verse has been quoted in 础辫补谤腻谤办补 (p. 183);鈥攊n 痴墨谤补尘颈迟谤辞诲补测补 (Sa峁僺k膩ra, p. 576), which explains 鈥�补辫补蝉苍腻苍补尘鈥� as 鈥榳ater that drops from the body when one is bathing,鈥欌�斺��苍颈峁ａ弓丑测奴迟补尘鈥� as 鈥榮pittings鈥�;鈥攁nd in 厂尘峁泃颈蝉腻谤辞诲诲丑腻谤补 (p. 321).
