A br膩hmana should bathe, face the east, refrain from conversation, offer the 蝉补苍诲丑测腻 prayers, sit in the 蝉惫补蝉迟颈办补-腻蝉补苍补 posture on a kuca mat, tie his hair with kuca grass, and recite the following words.
