These 补濒补峁僰腻谤补蝉, or, 鈥榚mbellishments of song鈥�, depend upon the four types of 惫补谤峁嘺蝉, which refers to a specific order of musical notes (svara). They are attached to the songs of seven forms, although not generally used in the 诲丑谤耻惫腻蝉.
According to the N膩峁瓂a艣膩stra, 鈥�迟腻谤补尘补苍诲谤补辫谤补蝉补苍苍补 is when in a 办补濒腻 the fourth or the fifth note gradually falls (lit. assumes low gait) from a high pitch鈥�.
